Poll: Prom Dress Color

I was supposed to go prom dress shopping this weekend, but my friend got sick so we didn’t end up going. We’re hopefully going next weekend, though. I’ve been thinking a lot about what I might want my prom dress to look like…

I think I have a pretty good idea about the style, but I can’t decide what color would look best on me.

Polyvore: Winter Wonderland 2012

I was in the mood to create a Polyvore, so I decided to do one with the theme of “Winter Wonderland.”

I first found the jacket, which inspired the rest of the look. I absolutely love how unique it is! I thought it would look best with a pair of dark wash skinny jeans and boots that match the color of the jacket. I thought the white and gold accessories really took it to the next level without being too matchy-matchy. The makeup looks very “winter” to me, and it is flawless. Finally, I picked the Gucci perfume because I tried it at Ulta recently, and I loved it. :)

What do you think of the ensemble?

If you could only wear one color for December, what would you choose?

If I could only wear one color for the entire month of December, I would choose the color red. I would choose red because it is my favorite color, and I have been told that it looks good on me.

My second choice would be blue because it really brings out my eyes, and Steph told me it’s her favorite color on me.

What color would you choose?

Homecoming Week 2011: Day Five (How to Curl Short Hair)

My mom is always the one to curl my hair, so we filmed a video on how she does it. Not only were we curling it for the Joe Jonas concert (AMAZING!), but we were also testing out how we should do it for homecoming on Saturday.

What do you think? Should I wear my hair like this, or should I straighten it with my bangs french braided?

Today, I decided to do two different tutorials to go with my ninth grade homecoming dress. One is a smoky blue look, and the other is a smoky purple look. I also show the clutch, jewelry, perfume, and shoes I would wear with each look.

It’s been so long since I’ve been on here…

Want to know why?

My teachers this year have given me so much homework. I had heard that junior year is tough, but I never imagined this. Thursday night, I did homework for thirteen straight hours when I got home from school, and I didn’t even finish or get to sleep. I went from the kitchen table working on AP U.S. History vocabulary to school.

So, I’m sorry that I haven’t posted anything in the past two weeks. Whenever I get some free time, like now, I will try to catch up on my posts. Even my weekends have been busy, so that’s why I haven’t gotten to catch up then. I was thinking about just doing outfit of the days for the days that I was too busy to write a post, but I thought that you guys might get bored with them.

What do you think?

So, I will try to post as often as possible, but I’m not sure how often that will be. Please hang in there with me, I’m not giving up this. :)

Back to School Poll: What nail polish color should I wear to school the first day?

School starts again on Monday, and I want to know which nail polish color I should wear on my finger and toenails.

Left: Halt; Center: Love Nails; Right: Orly Platinum

I will wear the color with the most votes on my fingernails. The color with the second most votes will go on my toenails.
